With this project, the Polish Chamber Choir wants to acquaint Swiss audiences with the music of the Polish Renaissance and Baroque by showing that our country’s musical culture is much older and richer than commonly thought. Therefore, together with Musica Fiorita, the distinguished Swiss ancient instrument ensemble, we aim to present a representative selection of Polish ancient music, the work of Andreas Hakenberger, at two concerts: in the capital, Bern, and in Basel, the seat of Musica Fiorita.
